PurpleConnect was founded in September 2007 with the vision to provide customised business solutions for our clients.

Our founders, who are experts in the field of CRM implementation for contact centres, help desk and sales force, focused on pooling together a strong team of industry professionals who are capable of delivering the quality work that will ensure our clients of the results that they desire. With an emphasis on achieving profitable results for our clients, we formulated an approach to business that positions us as partners with our clients.

Operating from our office in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, we have been able to provide our service to an international clientele.
